I use Keep History extensively. The recipes in the Epicurious collection don't expire in the same sense a news story does. It's a great way of keeping track of new recipes. BTW, any one into cooking (or knows some who does), I highly recommend this collection. Lot's of great recipes & tips and you don't have to wait for Gourmet magazine to be delivered to your door.
