Greetings Lord Vader :)

The image in the screenshot is a flash object so its likely that installing the Flash Player will fix that image.   Please visit http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about (using Internet Explorer) and verify that you have flash installed for IE.

Did this solution work for you or are there other images that you are unable to see?

Thanks for using Eluma and for giving us valuable feedback!

Re: traffic.com desktop

So can you verify for me that you see the flash animation at www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ ?  The message should read: "Adobe Flash Player is installed" followed by a version number.  What version number do you see?

IMPORTANT: You have to check this URL using Internet Explorer, not Firefox or other browser.

Have you tried re-installing the flash plugin?

Thanks for your help.
