Initialization error

When trying to start Eluma from the desktop icon I get an "Initialization error" box. Inside the box it reads "Synchronization service initialization failed".

Any ideas? I'm running 64 bit Vista.

We are running some tests to ensure that we dont have an installer problem with 64-bit machines. I hate to ask, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

We've confirmed that we do have a 64-bit problem on some machines. Development is working on it. We'll post more when we have a resolution. We also have some 64-bit machines running Vista without trouble. We don't know why some are working and some are not. It is clear that there's some 64-bit work we didn't do, but apparently it doesn't affect all installs.

I'm running 64-bit Vista and experienced the same problem. Unfortunately, when you uninstall and reinstall, it asks you for a an email address and password but gives you an error if you try to use the same email you used the first time... so, a re-install causes new problems.
